terms of serviceby commissioning me you are automatically restrained to these terms. please be sure to read over them carefully! if you have any questions please don't be afraid to ask me.

what i will draw- furry, feral, and anthropomorphic characters
- fandom related things - including, but not limited to, my little pony, pokemon, homestuck, final fantasy, warcraft, etc.
- humanoids
- armor, weapons, fantasy, detailed things and characters
- very minor blood and gore

what i might draw
- artistic nudity and some nsfw
- things for commercial use (will have an increased price)
- real life animals and pets
- real life people
- horror, gore, guro, etc.

what i won't draw
- hate speech and derogatory subject matter (Racism, xenophobia, sexism, transphobia, etc.
- political figures
- things relating to real life events and tragedies
- kinks and extreme fetish material
- mecha and tons of mechanical parts
(mechagnomes from world of warcraft may be an exception. please ask me about that)

payment
- all prices and payments are with US dollar (USD)
- i take full payment up front unless otherwise discussed beforehand before i start working
- i will accept partial payments if your commission is more than $100
- all payments are taken through 🇵 🇦 🇾 - 🇵 🇦 🇱, I cannot offer any other alternatives at this time
- i reserve rights to cancel a commission at anytime for any reason i see fit (ie: being inappropriate, rude, unable to communicate with me properly)
- for refunds, you will be refunded up to 85%
- you may not ask for a refund once i reach the lineart stage, refunds are only available though out the sketching phase
- i may give a full refund if i am not able to complete the commission for any given reason
- any unwarranted chargebacks will result in an immediate blacklisting

process and timeframes
- i provide wip images for sketches and finished linework before completing the full thing
- i will not redraw an already finished image, if you have any issues with the final product that isn't related to the coloring, that was to be made known to me in the sketching and lining phases
- you are free to ask for any further wip images if you want them! especially if it's been more than 4-5 days since i sent the first/previous one
- i typically have a 1 - 1.5 week turnaround time! if it takes any longer than 7-12 days you will be notified as to why i'm needing to take longer
- i tend to work on commissions in the order i accept them!

other
- artwork is not permitted to be minted as a non-fungible token (nft). it cannot be attached in any way to any sort of sale with crtyptocurrency. artwork is for private use only
- i can go off of text references, but it will cost you more! any sort of visual references are a huge help for me
- please provide as many visual references as you please, including character reference, pose, expression, and any other relevant information you think is necessary!
- when finished, you will get a transparent png and png with a simple background for posting purposes (unless art already has a different background)
- i reserve full rights to post your commissions on my social media and places like portfolios
- i'm perfectly fine with drawing surprise art for other people
- i cannot read your mind, please be very clear with me! Patience is all i ask for as i cannot comprehend words very well and i easily make mistakes
- please keep in mind i am not always readily available.
- i will not make small talk with you, and will refuse to, unless i personally know you
